In my lessons I do my best to be responsive to my tutees, determining areas of both strength as well as weakness and adjusting the rate, style and strategy of the sessions as necessary. Throughout my studying of maths I have always felt that I engage the most with the topic via doing many instance issues, so I would put a high value on this strategy to discovering in my sessions. I will certainly revisit the previous week's content at the beginning of each session to ensure a sound understanding and to build self-esteem for the students as they move forward.

I will certainly strive to eliminate any kind of reluctance or anxiety when coming close to 'larger' problems, whether in size or difficulty of their material, by showing logical ways to divide the trouble into little sections which are simpler to tackle, before accumulating to a full, complete way out.
